• Workout data: WOD descriptions, performance results, timestamps
• Video data: PR verification videos stored securely in cloud storage

• To provide and maintain the app experience
• To calculate XP, stats, and leaderboard rankings
• To verify PR submissions via AI analysis
• To display your profile to other users in your box

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers in the Europe West region. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your workout data and profile information are only visible to other WodRPG users within the app as part of the leaderboard and box features.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud storage
• Google Gemini AI: WOD text analysis and PR video verification

Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at omer35nacar@icloud.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

WodRPG is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
